Are you an experienced PDR Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a professional well-equipped bodyshop

Were recruiting on behalf of a large modern prep centre offering excellent earning potential a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. Youll be repairing a wide range of vehicles typically under 6 years old meaning youll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired high-mileage cars.

This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression.

• Up to 50000 basic salary

• Up to 23.37 per hour depending on experience and skill level

• Monday to Friday only no weekends

As a PDR Technician youll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team youll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

• Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR)

• Repair minor dents door dings and creases

• Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible

• Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate

• Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements

• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team

• Maintain high levels of quality productivity and attention to detail

Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.

Youll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a PDR Technician Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach

• Experience using Push to Paint / Push to Prep techniques (advantageous)

• Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
