Your Role: Parts Advisor

Join Rygor Service Solutions as a Parts Advisor at our busy Dagenham VMU where youll play a vital role in keeping customer fleets on the road. Working closely with technicians workshop teams and suppliers youll ensure the right parts are available at the right time helping to minimise vehicle downtime and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to build a rewarding career within a growing and respected commercial vehicle business.

The right candidate will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a parts position within the automotive industry. You will be confident using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.

You will add value by ensuring the smooth running of our parts department contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Day to day you will be:

• Assisting technicians by looking up and providing parts needed for vehicle repair
• Answering phone calls and assisting with parts needs
• Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts
• Proactively source alternative parts and solutions leveraging creative problem-solving and supplier networks to minimise downtime and keep customer vehicles operational.
• Making sure all parts are billed appropriately
• Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
• Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced
