Part Time Catering Assistant 15hweek

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part Time Catering Assistant to join our team in Brentwood Essex United Kingdom. This position is for 15h/week - 3h a day during term time only (11:30am - 14:30pm). You are also expected to work 1 Saturday per term. 

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety standards
• Serve food and beverages to pupils and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Set up and break down catering areas before and after service
• Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Qualifications :

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends during term time
• Time management skills and ability to multitask
