Job Title: Panel Beater / MET Technician Accident Repair Centre

Location: Bourne Lincolnshire

Salary: Competitive Salary Bonus Scheme

Full-Time Permanent - Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Are you an experienced Panel Beater MET Technician or a skilled professional who can carry out both disciplines Our client a well-established and busy accident repair bodyshop in Bourne is looking to expand their team with a motivated and quality-focused individual.

The Role

Depending on your experience your duties may include:

Panel Beating:

• Repairing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
  
• Replacing and repairing body panels
  
• Carrying out vehicle alignment and structural repairs
  
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  

MET Technician:

• Removing and refitting mechanical electrical and trim components
  
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to repair work
  
• Working closely with the bodyshop team to ensure efficient repair processes
  
• Ensuring all vehicles are reassembled safely and accurately
  

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater MET Technician or combined Panel/MET Technician
  
• ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Full UK driving licence preferred
