Padel Coach

• Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players needs. 

• Assess players skill and provide constructive feedback.  

• Design training programs to improve players technical tactical and physical skills. 

• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training. 

• Participate in club events tournaments and promotional activities. 

• Assist with the development of junior players. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel. 

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions. 

• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service. 

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a padel Coach with relevant coaching qualifications. 

• Strong knowledge of padel techniques tactics and rules. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skills. 

• Passionate about padel and committed to player development. 

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
