Are you an experienced Oracle Programme Manager ready to take ownership of complex high-value ERP transformations

The Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager youll take full ownership of delivering complex Oracle transformation programmesensuring they land on time on budget and to the highest standard.

Youll act as the trusted advisor to clients guiding them through the challenges of large-scale change while leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes
• Act as the primary client interface building strong trusted relationships
• Define and agree scope objectives and business outcomes
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
• Develop and manage robust achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1s MAXIMISE methodology
• Drive governance reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• Proactively manage risks issues dependencies and change control
• Take ownership of commercial performance including budget and P&L
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
• Support pre-sales and business development activities

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (HCM ERP EPM)
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP PRINCE2)
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
• Deep understanding of governance reporting and scope control
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
