Job Description

Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant

What Youll Do

• Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot configure and optimise Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Deliver clear documentation and share knowledge across the team.
• Provide training mentoring and coaching to colleagues.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos.
• Advise clients on best practice Cloud processes configuration options and roadmaps.
• Work effectively with end-users remotely ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

Essential Experience:

• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise with a strong focus on Payroll.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
• Strong communication skills written and verbal with the ability to document solutions clearly.
• Proactive self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• SC clearance eligibility minimum 3 years UK residency required.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Absence Time & Labour or Compensation modules.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• Broader HR process understanding.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications especially in Payroll.
