The role

As an Operations Manager you lead the engine behind the store stock flow replenishment online processing and back-of-house routines ensuring the shopfloor has what it needs to deliver great customer experiences. Youll run a high-volume operation with accuracy and speed balancing priorities deadlines and people leadership to keep the store moving.

What youll do

• Oversee all back-of-house operations ensuring product flow is efficient accurate and safe

• Monitor and improve replenishment routines and KPIs to meet company expectations

• Maintain healthy stock levels in store managing inbound and outbound movements in line with guidelines

• Deliver strong execution of deliveries processing deadlines and hourly replenishment at pace

• Lead and optimise online organisation: managing daily deadlines and maximising online packages to support store productivity

• Use commercial and product data to support store performance availability and productivity

• Ensure smooth proactive communication between stockroom departments and front of house

• Motivate coach and develop your team to deliver high standards consistently

• Support a high level of customer service by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time

• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
