What Youll Be Doing

As a Service Co-Ordinator youll be the key connection between our customers and our field engineers coordinating appointments solving problems and ensuring we deliver on our promises.

You will:

• Plan and schedule field engineer operations for a specific customer site responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.

• Deliver outstanding service in every interaction whether on a quick call or a detailed email.

• Work closely with engineers coordinators and other team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
