If you are determined to find a rewarding fulfilling career path in an administration-based role our Apprenticeship Scheme offers fantastic grounding and the opportunity to study and progress towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification while introducing you to the world of office administration.

This role would be an excellent first step into a career in an office environment having completed A-level or equivalent study. You will have the chance to earn while you learn gaining valuable experience and skills as you work alongside our experienced professionals learning the fundamentals of the role as we invest in your talents.

This is an 18-month programme where you will have one day dedicated to your study which will be delivered by an authorised training provider and all course and training fees will be paid by the firm. After successful completion you will gain a recognised qualification and be ready to move into the next phase of your career. The career progression we envisage for this role is to become an Assistant Project Manager. The 18 month term assisting in various areas of the firm will give the successful candidate a fantastic base knowledge to progress as an Assistant Project Manager.

Based within our Operations department you will be working alongside a team of return for your excellent organisational and communication skills and problem solving attitude you will receive unrivalled support and training to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Support to the Facilities and Operational Change teams.
  • Updating digital records to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing assistance with onboarding new staff onto the electronic training portal.
  • Assisting with operational projects ensuring these are being progressed on time and within scope. This will include undertaking a variety of project activities such as information gathering user stories business analysis process mapping contributing to the clients journey and ensuring customer service is improved through the implementation of process improvement.
  • Providing support and coaching to colleagues on new processes and procedures as required.
  • Assisting with internal reporting to provide accurate and useable data to the business.

Our entry requirements:

  • 3 A-levels at grade C or above or equivalent Level 3 qualification
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade 4 or above
