Job Summary
Tintsthematerialsaccordingtothegivenrecipe.Reportsmistakesiftheyoccur. Retains samples and keeps batch data for future reference.
Keepsworkplaceandsurroundingareastidy.
Keepsallmachinery(facilityequipment)cleanand inworkingcondition.ReportsfaultyequipmenttoBlendingSupervisor/ Facility Manager.
Maintainssafeoperatingproceduresthroughcompleteknowledgeofsafetyrulesandlabprocedures. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with those in their line of work.
Followsallwastemanagementprocedures.
Reworks/adjustsreturnedmaterialsfromcustomersunderinstructionfromBlenderIIorIII. Operates and maintains the Corob / Dromont tinting machine.
Movementofrawmaterialsbetweenthewarehouseandcolourlaboratory. May be involved in deliveries to the customer (Facility dependent)
OthertasksasgivenbyBlenderIIBlenderIIIBlendingSupervisororFacilityManager.
