As an Ocean Coordinator youll take full ownership of ocean import and export shipments from start to finish - ensuring seamless operations accurate documentation and exceptional service at every stage. What youll do

• Manage endtoend ocean freight: Take full ownership of FCL and LCL import and export shipments coordinating with overseas offices ensuring timely documentation accurate costing and proactive customer updates.
• Build strong customer relationships: Communicate clearly and proactively resolve issues efficiently and provide practical customer focused solutions that strengthen trust.
• Monitor shipment progress: Track and manage ETDs and shipment milestones keeping internal systems up to date with accurate real time information.
• Collaborate with global partners: Work closely with agents shipping lines customs authorities and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and high service performance.
• Prepare and control documentation: Issue and manage transport documents maintain electronic shipment data and ensure all records meet compliance and operational standards.
• Ensure accurate billing: Prepare final invoices validate costs against agreements and shipment files and process supplier invoices promptly to support correct accruals and prevent overdue accounts.

What Youll Bring:

• Experience in ocean freight: Practical background in ocean freight or logistics with a solid understanding of import and export processes.
• Strong digital skills: Confidence using Microsoft Office and logistics systems with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure: Comfortable working in a fast paced environment staying organized and communicating clearly and confidently.
