Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with complex needsWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our specialist team supporting children and young people aged 0-18 with severe and complex disabilities life-limiting conditions and technology-dependent needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help children achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.


You will undertake holistic assessments develop tailored intervention plans and recommend equipment adaptations and strategies that support daily living. Working closely with children families carers health professionals housing providers and other agencies you will ensure that children receive the support they need to thrive at home and within their communities. Your work will include advising on major home adaptations specialist equipment moving and handling solutions and housing needs.


Managing a varied caseload of moderately complex and complex cases you will use your professional judgement to assess needs manage risk and deliver effective outcomes. You will contribute to reports reviews case conferences and multidisciplinary working while supporting families to navigate changing needs and future planning.
