What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Make the most of the nurserys indoor environments and dedicated outdoor spaces to provide enriching learning experiences.
Encourage childrens confidence independence and curiosity through meaningful play.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding health and safety and nursery practice.
Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to provide exceptional early years care.
