Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

13.60 per hour 20 Hours per Week Permanent

This welcoming nursery specialises in delivering high-quality early years education and childcare creating a setting where children feel secure supported and encouraged to explore at their own pace. Beautifully decorated throughout with natural wooden resources the nursery has been thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful inviting atmosphere that promotes curiosity creativity and independent learning.

Outdoor play is an important part of everyday life. Dedicated garden spaces for each age group and free-flow access allow children to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor learning helping them build confidence develop new skills and enjoy the benefits of spending time in nature.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll join a friendly team thats passionate about providing exceptional care and helping every child reach their full potential.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging play-based activities that encourage childrens learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make the most of the nurserys indoor environments and dedicated outdoor spaces to provide enriching learning experiences.
• Encourage childrens confidence independence and curiosity through meaningful play.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding health and safety and nursery practice.
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to provide exceptional early years care.
