What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging child-led learning experiences
Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
Make full use of the nurserys free-flow indoor and outdoor learning environments
Encourage curiosity creativity and independence through outdoor play including activities in the mud kitchen
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
