Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3 Up to 30000

The nursery provides a calm home-from-home environment with natural resources and thoughtfully designed rooms. As a Nursery Practitioner youll work directly with children each day supporting curiosity independence and hands-on learning through play. The role is full-time and based within one room with shared responsibility for planning and daily routines.

Before You Apply

What Youll Need

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
• Secure knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Confidence working independently within a room
• Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS-based activities alongside room colleagues
• Support childrens independence through play-led learning
• Observe assess and record development progress
• Maintain a safe organised and welcoming environment
• Build consistent partnerships with parents and carers
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times
