What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring patient and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Plan and provide engaging activities that promote childrens learning confidence and wellbeing.
Create a calm nurturing environment where every child feels safe secure and valued.
Encourage children to make the most of the nurserys indoor and outdoor learning environments through play and exploration.
Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding health and safety and nursery practice at all times.
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding early years education.
