Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

28000 per year 40 Hours per Week

This purpose-built nursery has been thoughtfully created to provide high-quality childcare in a peaceful and nurturing environment. Bright calming rooms are designed to support childrens wellbeing while encouraging curiosity creativity and independent learning. With free-flow access to the outdoor learning environment children can move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor play enjoying enriching experiences that promote exploration and development throughout the day.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll join a supportive team thats committed to providing exceptional care and helping every child build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that promote childrens learning confidence and wellbeing.
• Create a calm nurturing environment where every child feels safe secure and valued.
• Encourage children to make the most of the nurserys indoor and outdoor learning environments through play and exploration.
• Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding health and safety and nursery practice at all times.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding early years education.
