Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
Proven experience as a Nursery Manager - essential
A strong track record of maintaining or improving Ofsted outcomes
A warm inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Sound knowledge of EYFS safeguarding and early years legislation
Organised commercially aware and confident managing the day-to-day running of a busy nursery
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education in a rich resource-led environment

Key Responsibilities
Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery
Leading motivating and developing a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
Ensuring EYFS delivery is embedded throughout with a strong focus on child-led exploration and creative play
Making the most of the nurserys extensive garden and indoor resources to enrich childrens daily experiences
Managing budgets occupancy staffing and resources effectively
Maintaining and building upon the nurserys Good Ofsted rating through high standards and continuous improvement
Building strong trusting relationships with children families and the wider community
Preparing confidently for Ofsted inspections and maintaining inspection-ready standards day to day
