Job Summary
Aureus Primary School & Nursery are looking for an experienced EYFS professional to join our team as Nursery Lead to lead our established Term Time only Nursery provision for 2-4 year olds.

Aureus Primary School has an exceptional opportunity for a Nursery Lead to work in collaboration with the Headteacher and other professionals to develop and continue to build on the strengths of our wonderful Nursery setting and lead our growing team. We are looking for a talented and professional individual who shares our vision of high aspirations achievement and a passion for learning. They will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day to day school life. They will be innovative and creative in their teaching and be a strong team player.
What we are looking for
- Experience of working in Nursery provision or EYFS with relevant EYFS Level 5/6 Qualification
- Be dynamic enthusiastic and motivated
- Be able to develop positive relationships with young children
- Be able to develop an understanding of the educational welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting
- Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
- Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
- Be a confident and clear communicator with parents
- A commitment to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities

The Details
Start Date: September
Pay Scale: GLF Specialist Pointpa (actual salary 28455)
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week 43 weeks per year (Term Time plus 4 weeks)
Contract Type: Permanent
