Working alongside the Nursery Manager youll help lead the team ensure the highest quality of care and education and play a key role in promoting the nursery and managing occupancy.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead Quality and Compliance: Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted EYFS and legislative requirements through high-quality practice regular audits and hands-on support in rooms.

• Inspire and Support the Team: Engage actively with childrens learning and development while guiding developing and supporting staff across all areas from daily practice to performance and wellbeing.

• Drive Success and Growth: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to manage budgets occupancy and staffing contributing to a thriving high-quality setting for children and families.

Our large well-equipped garden features designated play areas for each age group creating the ideal setting for sensory and exploratory play while fostering curiosity and creativity.
