About our Clients
Based in the Gloucester and surrounding area our Clients are looking for an experienced Senior / Area Manager to join the team in supporting the managers in their day to day running of their settings together with focusing on quality safeguarding curriculum compliance and supporting in Ofsted Inspections. The role will also be supporting the setting in one of the managers absence together with working with the Directors in the future growth of the group. Based on a 40 hour 5 day a week role salary is being offered up to 50k depending on experience with great benefits.
You will need to have experience of multi - site setting support a car driver and passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group.
Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Essential for the Senior Nursery / Area Manager Role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 6 years experience in early years including 2 years in a management or team-leading role and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings
Experience leading Ofsted inspections
Strong knowledge of EYFS safeguarding and health & safety practices
Experience managing nursery teams occupancy and budgets
Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
