Night Porter

As a Night Porter you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests staff and the hotel at night. Youll be joining a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications :

What youll do as a Night Porter...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
• In the event of a fire safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
• Clean the pub during night
• Some food preparation
• Some kitchen cleaning
• Other small tasks given

What youll bring...
