You will be responsible for managing the complete sales journey across a new homes development from generating leads and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing sales.

The successful candidate will combine excellent customer service with strong commercial awareness confidently building relationships with buyers while maximising sales opportunities and achieving targets.

Previous property sales experience is essential

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a New Homes Sales Advisor:

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion
• Conduct professional viewings and provide detailed presentations of new homes to prospective purchasers
• Proactively generate and follow up leads through telephone calls appointments referrals and database activity
• Negotiate offers and sales in line with development targets and commercial objectives
• Maintain accurate records of buyer activity reservations and sales progression
• Build strong relationships with purchasers solicitors mortgage advisers developers and other key stakeholders

• Previous experience within new homes sales residential estate agency or a target-driven property sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the confidence to convert enquiries into reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple buyers and sales simultaneously
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to generating new business
• Professional confident and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
