Salary: SCP 16-18 (27300 - 28938) per annum based on 35 hours

Contract: Temporary

Work pattern: Various shift patterns available (including Monday to Friday and shift working)

About the role

Our Neighbourhood Concierge will play a key role in creating safe clean and welcoming environments for customers living in our multi-storey flats. You will build positive relationships with customers provide a visible presence within our communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers providing a friendly and professional service.
• Carrying out regular patrols and security checks to help maintain safe and secure environments.
• Cleaning and maintaining entrance foyers lifts stairwells communal areas and surrounding environments to the Wheatley Standard.
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues health and safety concerns anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
