Multi Skilled Reception Team Member Nightshift

This is a multi-skilled role combining Front Office and Food & Beverage responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the business.

As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member you will:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain a positive can-do attitude.
• Be flexible and proactive ready to support guests throughout their entire stay from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
• Provide support across various Food & Beverage areas including Breakfast Bar and Night operations.
• Assist the Reservations and Back Office Teams when required adapting to the needs of the business.
• Take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience and consistently maintaining high service standards.
• Be passionate about hospitality and committed to continuously improving the quality of the hotels services.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
