Multi Skilled Engineer (Mobile) – Temporary Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider supporting four retail locations across the Bromley area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and versatile engineer with experience across building maintenance disciplines to work within a well-established facilities team.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across multiple retail sites
  
• Conducting routine fire alarm testing
  
• Completing water hygiene tasks including water flushing and temperature monitoring
  
• Responding to reactive maintenance call-outs
  
• Undertaking general building fabric repairs and maintenance
  
• Carrying out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
  
• Performing mechanical maintenance tasks
  
• Completing minor electrical maintenance and repairs
  
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
  
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
  

• Previous experience working as a Multi Skilled Engineer within facilities management building services or maintenance
  
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
  
• Knowledge of basic electrical mechanical plumbing and fabric maintenance
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  

• Relevant engineering qualifications (City & Guilds NVQ or equivalent)
  
• Experience working within retail environments
  
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety requirements
  

• 19.00 per hour PAYE
  
• 40 hours per week
  
• Immediate start available
