Motion Designer and Video Editor

The InHouse Creative Studio plays a critical role in how the Experian brand shows up in our customers lives.

As a Motion Designer and Video Editor youll help bring Experians creative ambition to life. This is a hands-on role with real breadth. Youll be producing high-quality creative assets across paid social display email and digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on motion design for platforms like Meta TikTok and YouTube.

Youll sit within a modern fastmoving studio environment working closely with copywriters marketers and channel teams to turn ideas into effective creative across paid owned and earned. Youll also play a key part in supporting our junior designers and helping to raise the quality of output across the team.

What youll be doing

• Design and Production: Create polished on-brand creative assets across a range of formats including paid social display ads web banners and email campaigns. Produce edit and deliver motion graphics as a core part of your workload using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Creative Scaling: Adapt and scale assets across formats sizes and platforms without compromising on quality.

• Performance minded: Embraces best practice in performance marketing. Developing assets that can be tested & optimised for performance outcomes (e.g. CPA CTR engagement)

• AI native: Use generative imagery and video tools to support ideation exploration and production efficiency. Comfortable with automation adapting versioning and resizing assets efficiently.

• Filming Film shortform video content for social and digital channels including lightweight shoots and onlocation capture.

• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters to bring scripts ideas and concepts to life through motion and video. Participate in creative workshops present creative work articulating design decisions and managing feedback with professionalism and confidence.

• Project management: Manage work effectively using tools such as ensuring deadlines formats and delivery standards are consistently met.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio demonstrating delivery of realworld assets
• Confident filming capturing shots and assembling shortform video content for digital and social channels with good video editing skills
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator)
• Experience using AI throughout the creative process
• Experience using Figma within a collaborative creative workflow
• Experience creating assets for performance marketing and an understanding of how creative impacts results and creating assets in the correct formats sizes and specifications
• Ability to flex creative style to deliver socialfirst platformnative content across shortform video channels.
• Good understanding of the benefits and limitations of generative imagery and video
