Role Overview
A vibrant and welcoming secondary school in Dudley is seeking a passionate and effective Maths Teacher to join their dedicated Mathematics Department ASAP. You will teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 that stretch and support all learning abilities.
Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE Mathematics examinations building core numerical confidence and analytical thinking.
Track student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to drive academic achievement.
Support departmental extra-curricular initiatives such as numeracy interventions homework clubs and national math competitions.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
Recognized UK teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS.
Demonstrated ability to teach secondary Mathematics effectively and maintain high standards of classroom engagement.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to curriculum planning.
Legal right to work in the UK.
