Job Summary
A highly successful school in Liverpool is seeking a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join its dedicated Mathematics department on a full-time basis starting ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons while helping students develop their mathematical knowledge confidence and problem-solving skills.
The successful Maths Teacher will teach across KS3 to KS5 and play an important role in supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes. You will work alongside experienced colleagues within a collaborative department and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5
Preparing students effectively for GCSE and A Level examinations
Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
Maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement
Contributing positively to the wider Mathematics department
The school is seeking a Maths Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school
Can confidently teach across KS3 to KS5
Has strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
Is committed to raising attainment and student engagement
Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive team
