You will teach Mathematics to students throughout Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 helping pupils develop secure mathematical foundations before progressing towards their GCSE examinations.
The role will involve teaching topics across number algebra geometry statistics ratio proportion and problem-solving. The school is looking for someone who can explain mathematical ideas clearly and give students the confidence to tackle unfamiliar problems independently.
You will monitor progress through regular assessment and use this information to adapt lessons and provide appropriate support. The successful candidate will also work with colleagues on curriculum planning intervention and strategies designed to improve outcomes for students.
This would suit an experienced teacher as well as an ECT with the relevant subject knowledge and teaching qualification.

The salary for this Mathematics Teacher position will be paid to scale on MPS/UPS depending on experience and qualifications.
