Key Responsibilities

• Teach high-quality engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE Higher and Foundation)

• Plan resource and execute lessons that sharpen numerical fluency algebraic reasoning and geometric analysis

• Utilize data-driven tracking to target intervention strategies and stretch higher-attaining pupils

• Prepare students for GCSE examinations and contribute to UKMT Maths Challenge mentoring

• Maintain high standards of classroom engagement and promote an ambitious learning environment

• Serve as a Form Tutor contributing to the pastoral care tracking and overall wellbeing of your assigned year group

• Collaborate with departmental colleagues to refine schemes of work and digital learning platforms

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Mathematics department

Candidate Requirements
