Manager, Commercial Excellence and Pricing

Scaling our Commercial Excellence offering across technology intensive sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a Manager you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Masons global growth. You will work alongside our Commercial Excellence lead and a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice shaping and mentoring your career.

You will manage complex and strategic projects for clients partnering with them throughout the entire lifecycle. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients you will lead the delivery of value-led outcomes that meet our clients high standards and expectations.

Our projects are diverse and your focus could include pricing strategy monetisation revenue growth management sales effectiveness commercial operating model working alongside corporate and PE clients. You will also play a significant role in the career development coaching and mentoring of internal and client teams as well as the line management of internal team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial excellence and transformation engagements across technology-intensive sectors and geographies accountable for their overall success.
• Acting as the day-to-day client lead running meetings and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Building trusted long-term client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your expertise.
• Developing deep sector and functional expertise building your profile as a trusted subject-matter expert both internally and with clients.
• Shaping thought leadership and intellectual capital around your specialisms bringing new perspectives to clients on the challenges that matter most to them.
• Leading the development of proposals and helping clients shape new programmes of work drawing on your areas of specialism.
• Inspiring high performance from project teams and developing mentoring and line-managing team members.

This is why as a minimum you need:

• consulting experience delivering commercial excellence engagements for high-profile clients across technology intensive sectors such as TMT Utilities Industrials Space and Satellite Transport & Mobility B2B Software or Consumer Tech
• project experience within pricing strategy monetisation revenue growth management sales effectiveness or commercial operating model.
