Manager Analog Engineer (fmd)

Job Description

• Work with the product definition and marketing team to develop a specification that gives the product a competitive advantage in the IC market
• Develop the products system architecture to optimize performance power and die size
• Specify the requirements of individual IPs used in the product
• Work with the project manager to define a development plan for design verification and layout
• Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan
• Lead a high-quality product development by ensuring that best practices are followed through thorough peer reviews and detailed documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development product engineering bench evaluation and quality assurance
• Mentor and develop your team

Qualifications :

• Masters Degree 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design
• Fully competent in all common aspects of analog design
• Design experience in precision analog circuitry
• Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes)
• Ability to develop system architectures
• Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations
• Knowledge of all aspects of IC development beyond analog design to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams: understanding the basic digital design flow packaging test engineering quality assurance and product engineering
• Ability to see the big picture while not losing track of details
• Excellent communication skills to operate in a global environment
• Coaching mentoring and development of team members
