The Role

• Lead motivate and develop a team of maintenance engineers
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities
• Manage reactive maintenance and minimise production downtime
• Support continuous improvement and engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Work closely with production teams to maximise plant efficiency
• Support training and development within the engineering team

The Person

• Previous experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Experience leading or supervising engineering teams
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant engineering qualification desirable
