Job Summary

  • PPM procedure to maintain this oldĀ building.
  • Follow the day to day maintenance tasks and report any issue to the Maintenance manager.
  • Implement and support to follow the health and safety procedure.
  • Follow daily engineering maintenance and assist in daily work
  • Ensure safe work practices efficient operation proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.
  • Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as Air-conditioning & electrical refrigeration FLS equipment building maintenance including furniture & fixtures painting parts renewal & repairs kitchen and laundry equipment low voltage (LV) guest rooms F&B outletsĀ front/back of the house plumbing & drainages service
  • Actively contributes to guests comfort
  • Carries out repair work as required following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
  • Prevents problems from occurring in the hotels technical installations
  • Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Follows the preventive maintenance programme
  • Applies water hygiene procedures
  • Is in contact will all hotel departments
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting (essential) plumbing electrical work
  • Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications :

Requirements: Experience in maintenance or related field is essential - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
