Local Business Manager Brentwood

ECL are seeking a Local Business Manager to motivate support and lead the Barking and Dagenham Team

The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies in Barking and Dagenham

You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and volunteers daily coordination and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.

To To succeed in this role you need:

• To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
• Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
• A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities
• To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
• To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
• To be friendly approachable supportive and adaptable to change
• To have a full driving licence and access to a car
