Are you a Care Assistant Care Coordinator or Similar looking for a role where you will be responsible for building and supervising a team of live-in and sit-in carers
In your role as a Care Coordinator you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke Live-in care packages. You will also plan coordinate and supervise an existing team of carers based in the Bristol South Gloucestershire and North Somerset areas.

This role would suit someone looking to be instrumental in managing and delivering live-in care packages for some of the most vulnerable people in the community.
We are looking to expand and this means there will potentially be long drives to different counties.
The Role:
- Full-time permanent contract
- Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
- Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed.
- Business Development (following up on inbound client leads)
- Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users.
- Shared on-call responsibility (1 in 3).
The Person:
- Care Coordinator or Senior Carer or Similar
- Personable client-facing approach.
- Willing to travel in a wide area to meet new clients.
- Looking to manage a team of carers and deliver bespoke live-in care packages.
- Valid UK driving licence
