An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a market-leading estate and lettings agency in Truro Cornwall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lettings professional who is ready to take ownership of a successful department lead from the front and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the branch.

As Lettings Manager youll be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the lettings department combining team leadership with a strong focus on winning new business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading motivating and developing the lettings team

• Winning new instructions and carrying out rental valuations

• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords

• Driving new business and increasing market share

• Overseeing the day-to-day performance of the department

• Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service

• Monitoring targets KPIs and team performance

• Maintaining strong knowledge of the local lettings market and relevant legislation

• 30000 basic salary

• 45000 OTE

• 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

• Access to a company pool car for business appointments helping to keep the mileage and wear off your own vehicle

Youll still need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle but with a pool car available for business use you wont need to rely solely on your own car for appointments.

Were looking for someone with previous experience within residential lettings who is commercially minded confident winning business and capable of leading a team.

Previous management experience would be highly advantageous although an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take the next step may also be considered.
