The Role

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for fine craftsmanship Were seeking a talented Leather Technician to join an established team manufacturing luxury interiors for some of the worlds most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.

In this role youll combine traditional leather-handling skills with modern manufacturing standards taking pride in delivering flawless finishes that exceed customer expectations.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 07:30am 1630pm

• Ensure products meet design specifications tolerances and customer quality standards
• Be competent in maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements at short notice
• Maintain a professional accountable proactive and helpful attitude at all times
• Have a strong work ethic with a can do attitude
• Perform rework or repairs on defective items
• Liaise with other technicians to achieve desired product finishes

Skills & Experience required:

• Proven experience in leather automotive environment would be desirable
• Proficiency with leather handling techniques
• Previous experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret patterns drawings work orders etc
• Good time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of workplace Health & Safety
