About the roleand about you

The L&D Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the planning coordination and administration of learning and organisational development initiatives. Working closely with the Learning team People & Culture colleagues leaders and external providers youll ensure learning programs run smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination systems and stakeholder engagement - and wants to grow their career in learning and development within a purposedriven organisation.

To succeed in this role you will be highly organised a great administrator people-focused and have a learning mindset.

This is apermanentrole based at ourLiverpooloffice and requires travel to other SGCH office locationsasrequired.

Duties

  • Organise and support the delivery of training sessions including scheduling setup rooms and communication with team members
  • Manage the organisationwide learning calendar
  • Maintain learning records in the LMS including enrolments and completions
  • Prepare variouslearning reports and updates
  • Provide daytoday administrative support for L&D activities and requests
  • Coordinate study assistance and respond to learner queries
  • Look for ways to improve processes and the learning experience
  • Work with internal teams and external training providers
  • Actively rolemodel SGCHs values and support a safe inclusive workplace

Skills And Experiences

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration or customer service with a strong emphasis on coordination of training events and record-keeping as well as providing general support to enable effective coordination within the team. Desirable knowledge in contemporary learning and development practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain concepts simply and clearly with diverse communities and teams.
  • Demonstrated professionalism strong organisational and timemanagement skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other common digital tools with a strong willingness to learn new and emerging technologies including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
