About the role

As a Lead Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership across the development team helping to design develop and deploy scalable software solutions. Youll work with technologies including C#.NET AWS Elasticsearch Grafana Kubernetes Docker and RDS while collaborating with Product Managers Architects and stakeholders to shape technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the design development and deployment of scalable software solutions across the organisation.

• Providing technical guidance support and mentoring to the development team.

• Working with stakeholders to define requirements estimate work and prioritise development activities.

• Reviewing code and maintain high standards across quality security performance and scalability.

• Troubleshooting complex technical issues manage risks and drive continuous improvement across the team.

About you

You are an experienced software development professional with a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise applications and designing secure scalable and maintainable solutions. You bring strong knowledge of modern programming languages frameworks cloud-native technologies and software engineering practices including CI/CD testing code quality and DevOps.

You are a confident technical leader who can set direction make sound decisions and constructively challenge when needed. Comfortable working in Agile multi-team environments you collaborate effectively with engineers stakeholders and cross-functional teams translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes. Youll also have experience mentoring and developing engineers analysing existing systems and identifying practical context-sensitive solutions with a strong focus on security performance reliability and continuous improvement.
