Job Title:Lead Project ManagerFunction: Strategy & Business Architecture - ChangeLocation:Hybrid Worker Expectation is two days per week on site at our Nottingham officeContract type: PermanentSalary:Offered on a starting salary of 56476 with the potential to increase to 66443 over the course of three Date:Tuesday 29 September 2026NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Lead Project Managertojoin our team during an exciting period of transformation working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic are seeking an experiencedLead Project Managerwho will be responsible for managing and providing perspective on high complexity projects using agile and waterfall methodologies including what technology and processes to use and adapt to achieve the project day you will Supports the delivery of large transformational programmes and projects with budgets up to 3m and deliver key strategic outcomes attached to project which include multiple technology process and cultural changes for customers and colleaguesEnsure that the team are supporting the end users throughout the delivery of the change so that the implementation is successful and outcomes are achievedDeliver the key strategic outcomes attached to the assigned -actively monitor the progress of work-packages within the project including surfacing capacity pacing or resourcing issues and initiating corrective actions as applicableBe responsible for the effective delivery of your projects working closely with the business owner.
