As a KS1 Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 supporting pupils in their academic social and emotional development. You will play a key role in creating a positive classroom environment that fosters curiosity confidence and a love of learning.
You will work closely with colleagues across the school to plan and deliver a creative and inclusive curriculum ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.
- Plan prepare and deliver engaging KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess track and report on pupil progress effectively
- Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Use a range of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Support pupils personal development wellbeing and behaviour
- Work collaboratively with colleagues parents and carers
- Contribute to wider school life events and enrichment activities
