STK Stratford is looking for hardworking reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our dynamic back-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping a kitchen clean organised and running efficiently wed love to hear from you.
As a Kitchen Porter youll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and food safety are maintained throughout the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes glassware cutlery pots pans and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen pot wash storage areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist with deliveries by checking storing and rotating stock appropriately.
- Dispose of waste and recycling safely and in line with company procedures.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.
- Follow all food safety health and safety and COSHH procedures.
- Help maintain an organised and efficient working environment.
What Were Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Right to work in the UK.
