A growing Building Services Engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Junior/Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join its remote team and support an expanding portfolio of commercial residential education and mixed-use projects across the UK.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious engineer looking to further develop their technical expertise within a supportive and collaborative consultancy environment. Youll work alongside experienced engineers on a wide range of projects gaining valuable exposure to electrical building services design sustainable engineering solutions and full project delivery from concept through to completion.

The Role:

Assist in the design and delivery of electrical building services systems including lighting small power fire alarms data and security systems
Produce technical drawings calculations and specifications with support from senior engineers
Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages
Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Revit Amtech and Dialux where applicable
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions
Attend client and project meetings remotely
Support site surveys inspections and technical reporting when required

The Candidate:

Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Previous consultancy or building services experience preferred
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and electrical design principles
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit would be advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Motivated proactive and keen to progress within a consultancy environment
