Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of two years experience running a pastry section to a high standard contributing to menu development and training junior members of staff.
• Good HACCP knowledge.

Desirable Criteria:

• An NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food related discipline or working towards it
• At least two years experience as a Junior Sous Pastry Chef
