Youll work alongside an accomplished team of chefs gaining exposure to different styles of service while developing your leadership skills in an environment where quality and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef

• Supporting the Sous Chefs and senior kitchen team with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Working across both the Michelin-starred restaurant and wider hotel kitchen operation
• Helping to lead the brigade during preparation and service ensuring consistently high standards
• Supporting training and encouraging junior chefs within the team
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality presentation and consistency

Were looking for a Junior Sous Chef who has experience working within a high-quality kitchen and is ready to continue developing within a luxury environment. Youll be organised enthusiastic and confident during a busy service with a genuine passion for great food and a desire to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Experience within a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred environment would be highly advantageous but most importantly youll bring the right attitude strong kitchen fundamentals and the ambition to progress your career.
