Looking to build a career in project management with one of the UKs most exciting FMCG accounts

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the team supporting our global FCMG client working on packaging and artwork projects across some of the UKs best-known drinks brands. Youll work alongside experienced Launch Delivery Managers gaining hands-on experience in project management client services artwork delivery print production and packaging operations.

What youll be doing

• Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.
• Coordinate project plans timelines approvals and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with production artwork and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks issues and opportunities.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
• Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.
• Support print trials and production activities.
• Maintain accurate project workload and financial information.
• Contribute to forecasting resource planning and ongoing process improvements.

• Previous project coordination project management or administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
