YourRoleAccountabilities...
Provide technical support to internal users while supporting user lifecycle activities account administration and business applications.
Support and monitor cloud-based applications and services investigate technical issues andassistwith application updates and system changes.
Provide first-line support for digital streaming platforms investigate customer issuesmonitorplatform availability and escalate customer-impacting incidents when.
Assistwith routine data validation data quality imports exports and data-related investigations.
Use simple scripts database queries and technical tools to investigate issues and help automate routine tasks.
Follow established cybersecurity and content protection procedures whilemaintainingtechnical documentation and support materials.
Identifyopportunities to improve processes and documentation and gradually take on greater responsibility as skills and experience develop.

Previousexperiencein atechnicalrolewithastrongemphasison hands-oncodingexperience.
PreviousexperiencewithReactand/or JavaScript orTypeScript REST APIs and modern web technologies.
FamiliaritywithAWS services and source controltoolssuchas Git.
Knowledge ofcybersecurityprinciplessecuritybest practices and content protection concepts.
Exposureto data migration ordatabaseprojectsandexperiencesupportingSaaS cloud media or streaming platforms.
