We are looking for a Junior Business Systems Administrator to provide practical and administrative support for the technology and systems used across HR:4UK could this be you The role initially involves structured testing and ongoing development of eConnect our own software platform and the implementation of Capsule as the companys customer relationship management system.

What we need you to bring to the team:

• Experience with testing and supporting an HR system or similar testing new developments and releases and prioritising and tracking issues maintaining an accurate audit trail of outcomes and sign-offs.
• The ability to support our clients and be the first point of contact for eConnect questions by phone and email and to help clients use and understand the system.

• A high level of accuracy to implement and administer our CRM system assisting with data cleansing and migration

• Strong communication skills a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• The desire to grow and develop within the team in the medium term. You will be looking for a role which will offer you personal and professional development in your career.
